Tiger Teams!

What are tiger teams? Tiger teams are five groups formed to help in the leadership and function of the BCM organization. The purpose of the teams is to plan and prepare for the week/month of activities and events.

Worship Team

Being involved in the worship tiger team will allow you to develop in the gifts and abilities God has given you through music, sound, and production. This team’s mission is to create an atmosphere of flowing, intimate worship during fresh fire nights, fellowship, and special events through the use of sound, lighting and music.
(Artist, singers, musicians, and media experience encouraged)

(Also works alongside first impressions team)

Social Media Team

The goal of this team is to create relative content on all social media platforms with organization information, updates, promo for events, create posts, flyers, giveaways. Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, website.

Responsible for content, and calendar of posting.

First Impressions Team

The first thing you see at an event is the set up and that makes or breaks that first impression. The goal of this team is to create the Flo/set up for events in fellowship. First impressions is responsible for set up and breakdown, greeters, food preparation, event planning, special gift for guest, BCM banquet in the fresh fire nights, merchandise (signs, banners etc.)

Ministry Moments Team

Capturing videos and pictures and events and fellowship helps create content for our social and gives people a chance to see what our organization is doing the goal of this team is to capture those moments organically. Takes pictures, videos at events, media release form form, makes all video, graphics, designs. Works with the social media team, sign in contact information, commercials

Community Connections Team

The goal of this team is to be the point of contact with our community to it organized service learning projects and volunteer opportunities for students. They keep up with activities and help build relationships with local churches. (Coordinates any dorm storm, collaborations with other groups, monthly calendar, plans most events, mission fundraising and mission information. Social media student engagement)

G Groups

G-Groups!

In BCM we pay close attention and develop caring relationships with our students and one another. We care about your spiritual journey. Prayer life, and accountability. By joining a "G-Group" you will be surrounded by like minded college students and lead by open, honest and transparent leaders. "G-Groups" will be a community of students doing life together while growing in our faith.
